Fall break, part 2: Lily and I explored the chilly, colorful, waffle-filled city of Copenhagen. I'd be lying if I said the chocolate covered waffle on a stick wasn't my favorite part. But the rich culture and gorgeous architecture were a very close second.

Getting the chance to stay in an Airbnb with the sweetest Danish family was so heartwarming. It made the trip much more homey and quaint, and sometimes that makes all the difference.
