Marilyn did both our engagement and wedding photos for us, and we were so happy with the results. She was incredibly accommodating and professional, even when the pandemic upended our wedding plans and turned our Brooklyn ceremony into a small, backyard event in New Jersey instead. Just Perfect. We were worried about hiring a photographer for our elopement as neither of us enjoy having our photo taken and didn’t want any typical staged photos but I'm so glad that we hired Marilyn. She listened to what we wanted from the photos and we got exactly what we asked for. She made us feel completely relaxed and at ease the whole time. It wasn’t like walking around the city with a photographer, she felt more like a friend and it was really nice to have that on our wedding day. I can't recommend her enough!

Warm, professional, and reliable photographer. Marilyn was awesome from the second we sent an inquiry e-mail. Super organized, quick response, and such a charming personality! Throughout our exchange until the wedding, she was always open to ideas, and gave us her insight when we had questions.
On the day of our wedding, she braved the cold with us with a huge smile and gave us directions on posing. We are so happy with the photos! We were able to enjoy the wedding day in the moment, but Marilyn's photos helped enhance that feeling even more - beautiful shots of our friends having fun, great food shots, capturing small details that can often be missed on a busy day! We had DIYed some items and were happy to see her capturing those items too. I know she mentions that she loves to work with light- and it’s so true- our outdoor photos are stunning- but her indoor photos were just as awesome! Our venue was dimly lit, and she made sure our photos showcased enough light but have that intimate and romantic vibe still incorporated. perfection.
