the woodstock
Leah and I escaped the chaos of New York City for a few days in exchange for long car rides, hikes through the Catskill Mountains, and the most adorable stay at a bed and breakfast I've ever had. All things that we've never had the chance to experience together before. Literally, I've never seen her drive a car before.
It's interesting living in New York City, because I might know the people in my life really well, but the fact that I've never been in a car, or been in suburbs with most of them is kind of amusing, and really speaks volumes about living in a city.

This entire road trip was paradise. I couldn't put my camera away for five minutes without spotting more breathtaking colors, or wide open fields. I'm lucky to have someone who is just as enthralled with this beauty as I am, because most of the adventures involved Leah sighting beautiful spots along the road, and us hopping out to take photos of each other as we explored.
