black-tie breakfast for dinner

On the evening of my birthday, I wanted to gather some friends for a fancy dinner party, but knew that it would be twice as fun to flip pancakes and spread whipped cream on our meals, so we made it a breakfast for dinner party! It was all I could want in a meal and more. Leah got to make baked eggs, which I know made her happy, thus making me happy. Maddie made her specialty vegan pancakes (which are the best pancakes I've ever put in my mouth) and my friends all took turns pouring batter and supplying the table with  a feast.

It was the raddest feast I've ever had. Blessed to have good people and good pancakes in my life.
